A. Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free refunds excluding any fees associated with shipping and handling. However, please contact us (support@euphorictreefort.com) before attempting to return your items, we would love to help.

 

Products can be refunded for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and proof of purchase is required. We cannot issue refunds for items that we do not receive, so ensure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked and mail the package to:

Keep any tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days from the mailing date for the package to be received and return processed.

If your item(s) arrived damaged please choose from the options below to seek reimbursement; the United States Postal Service (USPS) has changed its procedures and guidelines for filing claims so, please read everything below carefully to ensure complete compliance:

(1)  File the claim yourself

Contact your local post office or visits USPS.com for instructions on how to file a claim. Once the claim has been filed, you may NOT request that The Euphoric Treefort file a claim on your behalf or seek a refund or replacement from The Euphoric Treefort regardless of claim status or outcome.

(2)  Contact The Euphoric Treefort

Send photos of the damaged product(s) AND damaged shipping box along with your order number to support@euphorictreefort.com within 30 days of the date the package was delivered. The item(s) must be unused and comply with any USPS claim guidelines to qualify for replacement or refund.

Once you receive confirmation from The Euphoric Treefort that a claim has been filed on your behalf (typically 24-72 hours), you will have up to 14 days to take the damaged item(s) AND damaged shipping box to your local post office for inspection or your claim will be denied.

After you have followed all of the steps outlined above, The Euphoric Treefort will refund or replace your damaged item(s) within 5 business days regardless of the outcome of the claim.

orders that are returned to the Euphoric Treefort due to incorrect address, inability to deliver, Delivery refusal, unclaimed mail, etc. will be subjected to A restocking fee in the amount of $10 or 10% of the original order subtotal, whichever is less. Any fees associated with Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

B. Shipping and Local Delivery

All Smell-O-Vision Candles® and geek clothing orders are handmade and made-to-order. Orders ship in 3-7  business days (7-14 business days October through February) via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Euphoric Treefort does not promise or guarantee delivery by a certain date. Please be advised that you are ordering services from two companies: The Euphoric Treefort and the courier (eg. USPS). Once you receive your tracking number, please direct any questions, comments or concerns pertaining to your package to the courier. The Euphoric Treefort is NOT responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts and claims due to delayed delivery should be directed and resolved with the courier. Making erroneous or dishonest claims and opening disputes or filing claims via the payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card company, etc.) and Requesting a refund or replacement shipment from The Euphoric Treefort for delayed delivery by the courier is dishonest and will be dealt with accordingly.

Same-day local delivery is available for orders placed before 4 PM to the following cities and townships for FREE on orders exceeding $70 or for a $9 delivery fee: Detroit, Allen Park, Center Line, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Eastpointe, Ecorse, Ferndale, Grosse Pointe (Farms, Park, Township, and Woods), Hamtramck, Harper Woods, Hazel Park, Highland Park, Lincoln Park, Melvindale, Oak Park, Redford, River Rouge, Roseville, Royal Oak, Southfield, St. Clair Shores, and Warren.

Orders that contain pre-order items ship as a single order. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received as supplies become available and may take up to four weeks to ship. Email updates are sent as the status of the order changes and tracking information is sent once the order ships.

E. Coupons, Offers, Promotions and Other Discounts

The Euphoric Treefort (TET) coupons are available to TET members via weekly ads on our website, as a reward for responding to a survey or poll, and as a part of our email program for those who have not opted out of email offers. If you wish to have access to coupons, offers, promotions and/or other discounts, please Join the Treefort. 

 

Discounts are taken on regular priced items only and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, sales, or discounts. Limit one coupon per item per transaction. No duplicate coupons in a single transaction. Discounts apply only to subtotal. Sales tax, shipping and handling, gift cards, and previous purchases are not eligible for discount. Offers are not redeemable for cash or gift cards nor are they valid toward previous purchases. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns or cancellations. Buyers exhibiting abusive behavior may receive notification by email and, if applicable, will be unsubscribed from The Euphoric Treefort emails and blocked from accessing members only pages and viewing our social media profiles. If a blocked buyer attempts to make a purchase, they will be refunded for their order in 1-3 business days excluding any non-refundable fees associated with the transaction including but not limited to third-party fees charged to The Euphoric Treefort LLC.
